- Choose a vegetable. Corn on the cob with husks removed, bell peppers cut into large chunks, asparagus, and zucchini sliced lengthwise are great choices.
- Add a little oil and seasoning. Rub the vegetables with just a little extra virgin olive oil or canola oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Feeling more adventurous? Add other spices like chili powder or Cajun seasoning, or sprinkle with fresh herbs such as garlic, rosemary, thyme, or terragon!
- Grill 8 – 12 minutes. Heat your grill to medium high and grill the vegetables, turning often, until crisp and tender.
